A BRONX TALE (1993) by Robert de Niro

FILM. Robert de Niro dedicated the movie to his father. I wish I had such a relation with my father and felt like dedicating something to him.
The boy in the film has got his father, that loves him, and a mafia "father" that loves him too.
At the end of the movie Cologeno says: "I learned something from these two men. I learned to give love and get love unconditionally. You just have to accept people for what they are.  And I learned the greatest gift of all: the saddest thing in life is wasted talent. The choices that you make will shape you forever. You can ask anybody from my neighborhood, and they'll just tell you, this is another Bronx tale."

He aprendido a dar amor y a recibirlo incondicionalmente.

  1. Hello:
Unconditional love really is a thing of beauty that is to be treasured wherever and whenever it is found.

It is so true that one cannot account for what Life will bring but one can account for the choices that are made and they will shape Life for good or bad depending....!

  2. yes the saddest thing in life is wasted talent. but the most difficult thing is to known ourself, and this is the best help for making choices. most of our choices have definitive consequences, and that can also explain the success of a lot of video games / virtual worlds which can always been stopped.

  3. I have always said the love is always about acceptance. Not compromise or sacrifice as I do not want to give anything up, or no one to give anything up for me.

  7. This is good. The saddest thing is wasted talent. I know that, so why do I waste so much time and procrastinate my life away?
