BAR EL PILAR

FORMENTERA. The Bar El Pilar sits in the middle of La Mola's only street, on the road to the Lighthouse, the view of the sea above the cliff at the end of the fields. It holds the only billar (pool table) in town, and they open in the evenings - after the siesta - around 8.
.
Still a couple of hours to go, quietly, to spend waiting,
sitting at a table on its empty terrace, in the shade, writing.

  1. Hello:
This photograph has a wonderfully expectant look about it. One can well imagine that this is the lull before the storm as the crowd of regulars descend upon the bar. What very jolly red chairs!!
