GROUNDED

ATHENS. We have already been a month in the US with snow falling here and there. We arrived safe in NY just before a blizzard. We avoided the worst snow in the Appalachian mountains in North Carolina and so on, to end up grounded, unable to reach Atlanta airport on the day of our flight back home because of snow, down in Georgia!

Hemos estado un mes en Estados Unidos con nieve aquí y allí, llegando a salvo a NY justo antes de la vestisca del siglo, evitando lo peor en las montañas de las Carolinas, etc, para acabar en tierra, imposible llegar al aeropuerto de Atlanta en el día de nuestro vuelo de vuelta por temporal de nieve, en Georgia!
