FLAPJACKS

FOOD. I followed Sarah's "british" recipe - porridge oats, brown sugar and honey - but substituted butter for olive oil. Sarah, from Folding Fields, writes like an angel and cooks so too! All the children in the house, american and spaniards alike, loved them.
Con la receta "british" de Sarah - copos de avena, azucar morena y miel - pero substituyendo mantequilla por aceite de oliva. Sarah, de Folding Fields, escribe y cocina como un angel también. A todos los niños en la casa les encantó - americanos y españoles por igual.

  2. For whoever reads this: I made a second batch with butter and wow what a treat! My eldest son now doesn't want anything else for breakfast. That and a glass of milk. All the credit to Sarah then, she knows best.
