Friend Willi is the Lidl expert and personal adviser in these matters. He bought one in Germany recently and told me to buy it (€49) and I've made my first bread ever.
Believe it or not you just have to pour the ingredients carelessly and it mixes them, waits for fermentation, mixes them again or whatever needs to be made to make bread, et voilà, a bread comes. Tastes like Heaven!
.
EDITOR'S NOTE: I want to apologize to those of you who were led to understand that the previously featured picture in this Post was something else than a piece of advertising for the Lidl machine. I've removed it and replace it with my own favorite RUSTIKALIS VOLLKORNBROT, well, for what was left of it only after a few hours! SEPTEMBER 8, 2011.
Sabe a gloria!
.
8 SEPTIEMBRE 2011.
I have always wondered about breadmakers! Having never used one, I am now tempted to go and look at one after seeing your efforts!
ReplyDeleteJoder qué buena pinta tiene! Enhorabuena!!
ReplyDeleteI have a breadmaker but have not use it for a long time. I prefer to make bread manually:D Your loaf of bread looks very tempting. I am sure it taste good.
Looks yummy! I love homemade bread but I'm not a good baker. I'll have to put a breadmaker on my Christmas list I think!
ReplyDeletei always make the bread myself, but i never use my bread oven, i knead the bread with the electric whisk. and you know what, because i am an evil penible person, i stopped eating gluten a few months ago... (you can't imagine how disgusting is chocolate cake made with corn flour, so i've stopped to cook cake. too bad for the others...)
ReplyDeletehello:
ReplyDeleteWe have never been into a Lidl but it does seem to have provided you with all manner of goodies both edible and household.
breadmakers we have always felt must surely be one of those kitchen machines destined for the darkest recesses of the cupboards in no time at all.....but your loaf looks exceedingly professional....so, maybe!!!!
My husband makes often bread, we were cosidering buying this type of maschine, thanks for your recomendations, the price sounds very reasonable!
Bye,bye
I love the smell of fresh-baked bread in the house. As soon as we find ourselves away from our neighbour, I will buy a bread oven.
ReplyDeletemmm bread is my weakness! yum!
ReplyDeletethank you so much for your comment! it's true, i need to organize the english lessons better so they become more lucrative. haha, and don't worry, they won't lose their accents! :)
Bravo! I can almost smell it! The last thing I ate that tasted like heaven was a "creme brulet" at a garden party. It was like eating a cloud.
ReplyDeleteThat's so tempting!! I used to live on bread, but sadly my body doesn't tolerate wheat gluten any longer. Does that make me old? It definitely makes me sad. :(
ReplyDeleteA ver si preparo algún post sobre ellas..
Un beso!
